Terms and Conditions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you are responsible for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may only use dfindatsunset.com with a parent or guardian. Dfindatsunset.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders, at our discretion. 

You may login using your email address and chosen password to view order history, print receipts, pick up tracking information and details regarding your order. 

PAYMENT 

Dfindatsunet.com accepts major credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. Please provide the exact spelling of your name, and correct billing address and phone number as used by your issuing credit card company or bank. If your information cannot be verified, the order will be cancelled. If card authorization is not confirmed or a change is made to your order, you must re-enter your card information in order to re-authorize the payment amount. Payment for orders taking longer than 3 weeks will only be collected after your agreement and confirmation of the lead-time. 

U.S. orders over $1000, and all international orders must be paid via wire transfer fee will apply. 

D.Find at Sunset LLC, is located in Miami, Florida and charge 7% sales tax on orders shipped within Florida. No sales tax is charged when shipping to all other states within the United States or to locations outside the U.S. Dfindatsunset.com expects you to comply with current laws in your state regarding purchases over the internet. 

Dfindatsunset.com, and D.Find at Sunset LLC reserve the right to modify or change terms of use of this site without prior notification. Prices are subject to change without notice, should a product be listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect value. 

In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order. 

You expressly understand and agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk and that this site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of these terms and conditions, including providing us with false information in which case we will advise the authorities.
